Pregnancy Advice and Midwife Services

If you are 6 weeks pregnant or more, please visit the maternity website for further guidance.

To arrange your first scan and register your pregnancy, please complete the online referral form available on the website. If you have access to a printer, you can print and fill out the booking forms before your appointment with the Midwife.

After submitting the referral, please allow one week before calling 01273 664 794 to schedule your booking appointment. You will need to leave your name and contact number on the voicemail, and a member of the team will return your call within 24 hours.
