If you need help when we are closed
You can call 111 when you need medical help fast but it is not a 999 emergency. 111 is available 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. Calls are free from landlines and mobiles.
Outside surgery hours there is always a doctor on call for emergencies. Out of hours cover is provided by IC 24 in the evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Please listen to the message on our answerphone for the relevant details.
Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

How to make a complaint
We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.
However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.
To pursue a complaint please email the practice manager who will deal with your concerns appropriately.
