Register with our practice
If you live within our practice area you are welcome to register with us and our reception staff will be happy to guide you through the procedure. Our practice covers Saltdean, Rottingdean, Woodingdean and Ovingdean. If in doubt, please speak to a member of staff as eligibility can be quickly confirmed from your address. We will require proof of address and photographic ID when registering.
If you are prescribed regular medication, we do ask that you have 1 months worth before registering with us. This will allow time for us to register you and get you booked in for a medication review before you run out.

Incorrect form filling may delay your application so please make sure that you have completed ALL sections, signed, and dated your application and provided us with the correct ID and proof of address.
Detailed Coded Access
To access your full medical record through online services such as system online, patients are required to fill out a detailed coded access form in order to grant the surgery permission to share your medical records with these online services. This form can be found within our surgery reception area or following the link here.

Named GP
As of April 2015, practices are required to allocate a named, accountable GP to all patients (including children).
You will be able to have an appointment with any of our GP’s when booking an appointment.
