Register with our practice
Registering with us online takes just a few minutes.
Use the registration form on this page to get started.
You can register if your home is in our practice area. We cover Saltdean, Rottingdean, Woodingdean and Ovingdean, and you can use the map on this page to check your address.
It helps if you can show photo ID, such as a passport or driving licence, and proof of address, such as a recent bill, but you can still register if you do not have these.
Please allow up to 10 working days for your registration to be processed. If you take regular medication, please make sure you have at least one month’s supply, as you may need a review before we can issue a prescription.
Catchment Area (Practice Boundary)
Temporary and visitor registration
If you are staying in our area for up to three months, you can register as a temporary patient to get care while you are here. You will stay registered with your usual GP.
If you are visiting from outside the UK, you can register with a GP and receive free NHS GP care regardless of your immigration status, though some other NHS services may be chargeable. Read about using the NHS when visiting England.
To register as a temporary patient, please call us on 01273 305723 or ask at reception.
After you register
Once you are registered, sign up for the NHS App to book appointments, order prescriptions and see parts of your record. For fuller access to your detailed record, see Your data and your rights.
Your named GP
Every patient registered with us has a named, accountable GP who is responsible for overseeing your care. Having a named GP does not stop you from seeing, or asking to see, any other doctor or clinician at the practice.
If you would like to know who your named GP is, just ask us.
If you have registered a child or someone you care for, you can set up proxy access to order their prescriptions and book their appointments online. See Support for carers.
