Travel Vaccinations

The practice offers a range of travel vaccinations.

If you are planning to travel, please begin by completing a triage form. Once this has been received, we will send you a travel questionnaire to complete. This should be requested and returned at least 8 weeks before your departure date.

The completed questionnaire must be returned prior to booking your travel consultation.

After reviewing your questionnaire, we will contact you to arrange an appointment with one of our practice nurses. During your consultation, the nurse will:

Assess which (if any) vaccinations are required
Administer appropriate vaccines
Provide personalised travel health advice

Important Information

Please make your initial request at least 8 weeks before travel to allow sufficient time for vaccinations.
Some travel vaccines are not available on the NHS and will require attendance at a private travel clinic.
