NHS App Assistance Sessions

We are running NHS App Assistance Sessions at the surgery to help patients download, register and confidently use the NHS App.

If you would like help setting up the app, ordering repeat prescriptions online, viewing test results, or accessing your medical record, please come along.

Session Dates

Tuesday 10th March – 11:00am to 1:00pm
Thursday 26th March – 3:30pm to 5:30pm

Each session lasts approximately 2 hours.

 What We Can Help With

• Downloading the NHS App

• Creating or verifying your NHS App account

• Linking your GP surgery

• Ordering repeat prescriptions

• Viewing test results and medical records

• Navigating the app confidently

What To Bring

Please bring:

• Your smartphone or tablet

• Photo ID (e.g. driving licence or passport)

• An email address you can access

About the NHS App

The NHS App allows you to:

• Order repeat prescriptions

• View test results

• Access your GP health record

• Manage appointments

• Access NHS services online

Using the NHS App can save you time and reduce the need to contact the surgery by phone.
